Julie Virkh: Santa Barbara, CA; Hi, I'm Julie. I am from Monterey, moved to Santa Barbara for school, and just stayed! I met my lovely husband here, married in August 2009, and our only plans for now are to be happy in Santa Barbara as long as we can afford it.
